Full of flavour

A Michelin-starred restaurant in Brittany

Cooking with seasonal produce from local markets, or fresh off the fishing boats, Chef Patrice Gahinet has dreamt up a mouth-watering array of dishes: seared red mullet with courgette cannelloni, in season Courreaux de Groix scallops with a shellfish cotriade, pan-fried foie gras and potato chips, wild turbot poached in its own juices, roast bass with a fresh herb bouillon...

The land is generous in Brittany, and the dishes are best savoured  alongside our selection of fine wines.
